4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, etc.). By uploading, you grant us a license to display your content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Verification

We verify all members through ID, photo, and social media checks. Verification is mandatory for approval. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.

6. Safety

Always meet in public places first. Trust your instincts. Report any suspicious behavior immediately. We provide the platform — your safety is ultimately in your hands. Use common sense.

7. Payments

Any financial arrangements between members are strictly between them. Whore or Not does not process, facilitate, or take a commission on member-to-member payments. Gentleman subscription fees are charged directly by our platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your access ends immediately, though certain legal obligations and data may be retained as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the actions, content, or conduct of any user. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, matches, or earnings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whore or Not and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Jurisdiction & Law
